HOBO’s Get Fancy @ AICP 2012

How better to spend a rainy Tuesday night in Manhattan than hobnobbing with NYC and LA’s finest group of Commercial Producers @ AICP (aka the ‘Producers Prom’).  Though there is no photo evidence of the HOBO crew there, we were and looking fancy to boot (and according to the blank stares we got from many of our clients, it is hard to recognize a hobo all gussied up in a suit).  Now to most audiophiles, the sound of 2000 people all talking loudly in a large (yet beautiful) cement room, is anything but pleasing to the ear.  But to most slightly intoxicated audiophiles, who cares! We had a blast catching up with everyone and can’t wait to do it again next year (with a camera).  Thanks AICP for letting us audio engineers mix with our friends and clients in such a beautiful space.
